Gorgeous girls...

I am so sorry that I have been neglecting my blog. I need to stay more on top of it, and am pledging to make an effort:) I had the honor of photographing these young ladies about a year and a half ago...they were wonderful then and were wonderful again this time. Mom and dad should be so proud...they are not only gorgeous, but sweet and polite too!

It has been a long time...

I am so sorry that I have been lax in updating. I went on vacation and came back to tons of orders to get packaged and out the door. I shot these little kiddos right before we left on vacation. Sweet family in from Dallas:)

Absolutely gorgeous kiddo...

I am soooo lucky. I have some of the most gorgeous clients. This little guy just melted my heart, and I really enjoyed the time with mom. She was great and gave me all kinds of ideas on where to get kid's clothes...I always love that...hubby doesn't as much:)

Bring on the Newborns...

I feel like I have had so many newborn sessions lately:) I think you all are trying to push me over the edge with having another....
I met this sweet bundle just this morning. SUCH a good baby. She made life easy for me. My little guy on the other hand is keeping me up all night with new teeth. I think I know why God made babies so cute.....

Four Days Old

This little guy is so lucky...his mom is Supermom. He is the third under five, and she was still able to get him to me (along with his siblings, herself, dad and grandma) at only four days old! Can I also say that they were ALL ready for pictures, AND it was only 10:00? They are a great family and I have photographed them several times...always a pleasure. Big sis is my "poster girl" on my splash page, and I can tell that he is so cute, he will fit in just fine. Until next time....

Twice the fun...

These little twins were SO good. They are darling and mom and grandma...(and dad too), were willing to sweat in my studio AND outside to keep these little ones cozy. Could they be any more perfect?

Sisters

I love the dynamic of three sisters. Probably because I grew up in a house with three girls. It is amazing how three people can be so different living in the same house. We had our times of major fights (junior high and high school) and somehow as different as we are/were, we have grown up to be best friends. These three girls are totally different...I didn't see any fighting btw :)...but they probably don't realize quite yet how lucky they are to grow up with their best friends...

I had the opportunity to shoot these darling kiddos today, and as plus, they are also great friends. My little guy is with Mr. J almost non-stop. They are a pair!
Little Miss was such a cutie!!!! We barely dodged the rain, so my hair is a wreck from the humidity, but all worth it:)

Christmas 2008!

I cannot believe that it is already time to think about Christmas!!! The designs are complete. Many of them are completely original to Fancy Pants Photography, but ALL will only be used once each by my clients. The way it works is just like in years past...if you see a design you like, call me to set up your session, let me know which card you have chosen, and I remove it from the site. It is a first come, first serve situation. If you don't see one that you love, I can design one specifically for you. There is a small fee for this, and cost depends on what you are looking for. All Christmas sessions have to be complete by the first week in November, and the last day to order cards will be November 20th. An Awesome Family

Had this family today and they braved the heat...and it was HOT, to get a few shots of the kiddos. We did ok, mom and dad:)

Maybe I should have another...

seeing all these newborns makes me want one:) My husband will yank me back into reality though:) Could you not just eat him up? Sooo cute. I did his big brother's newborn session early last year, and it was an honor to shoot this little guy as well. Get ready mom....and dad...there are lots of cute shots where this one came from:)

Mr. Cool and His Little Sis

I had so much fun with these two. The little guy brought his motorcycle, which I LOVED. So cool. Little sis was my favorite age, so it was just a good session all the way around. Thanks to mom and dad for being laid back...your kiddos are amazing!

My Vacation...

Several clients have asked to see some of my photographs from vacation. Honestly, I haven't gotten to work on very many of them yet. That is one of the disadvantages...my own images sit on my computer forever:(
I opened a few tonight and thought I would post. I love these kiddos. They are my world. I feel so incredibly blessed that I am able to document so many stages in their little lives. I feel blessed to have them. I just feel blessed:)

My babies have been so good to me lately:) They are letting me move them and arrange them however I please...gotta love that:) Here is the latest sweet little newborn boy...

Tiny Little Baby

I had the opportunity to spend some time with this sweet little girl this morning, and to even meet her Grandma and Uncle too. She let me take her all over the place a did such a good job. Little Miss E did great mom:) Thanks for being so open to me just doing my thing:)

Oh, my goodness. This baby is such a doll. Reminds me of my daughter...(she was 9lbs. 2oz.), this little one was 9lbs 1oz. I loved working with mom and dad for the maternity shots, and it was a treat to meet little Miss M.

A Little Newborn...back:)

I love it when they come back...they change so much that first 7-8 months. I love the see the personalities. This is probably my very favorite age. Many people ask when I suggest getting photographs done. I love to shoot babies within the first 2 weeks of life, and then again when they can sit up, but not yet crawl...which is just where this beauty is. Could she be more adorable???

I Make Rolls Look Good:)

For any of you that have seen my little guy...(he also goes by Chunkster)...you know that he is a big boy. He was just over 19lbs at his 4 month appointment. I LOVE his little rolls. I know they will be gone before I know it, so I wanted to capture them while I could:) And if I do say so myself, he makes his chunk work for him:)

For all other clients, please remember that I will be on vacation for 2 weeks in July, so plan accordingly. The office will be closed July 3rd-July17th, for a much needed family vacation:)

A Gorgeous Family

I had the honor of photographing a fellow photographer's newborn and family in Southlake recently. The whole family is just gorgeous, and they are incredibly nice people as well. If you are in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area...she is also an amazing photographer...

I am typically not a family photographer, but I do love family shots that are intimate and relaxed...here are a few from our session.

Beautiful Mom To Be...

Mom came in from out of town to do her session and was very open to anything. I love that she loved the idea of some non-traditional shots. She and hubby were great to work with and I can only imagine how beautiful this child will be:)
